This year is especially exciting. Adam Wójcik liked thisAdam Wójcik liked thisI don’t post very often on LinkedIn. I should do it more, and I will. But today I really want to share a special moment: I had the pleasure of participating as a speaker at the Microsoft 365 Community Conference 2026 in Orlando. My session focused on a topic I truly care about: how to build applications with SPFx that can integrate naturally and consistently across the different Microsoft 365 hosts: SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot Portal. For me, this experience is not just an achievement. It is a milestone. One of those moments that makes you pause, look back at the journey so far, and at the same time feel even more motivated to keep growing, learning, and sharing. SPFx is a technology I strongly believe in, and I think it is still sometimes underestimated compared to the real value it can bring within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. That is why I am especially happy I had the opportunity to talk about it in front of the community, sharing practical examples, field experience, and a broader integration perspective. A big thank you to the organizers, the Microsoft staff, and everyone who made this conference possible. And thank you to everyone who attended my session, asked questions, shared ideas, or simply had a conversation with me. Just wait until your team catches onto this. The old job was prompt engineering. Explain the site, point at the library, restate the rule, every session. The good prompt walked out the door with whoever wrote it. The new job is writing SKILL[dot]md. It lives in your Agent Assets library. Plain language. Steps, inputs, outputs, and the rules your team works to. AI in SharePoint loads the right Skill when the prompt matches. The knowledge expert writes it once. The team inherits it. Adam Wójcik reacted on thisAdam Wójcik reacted on thisDay 3 at #m365con26! A much more relaxed start to the day now that my session was behind me, kicked things off with an early breakfast. I like to think I lucked out with a 1:1 breakfast with Paolo Pialorsi and later lunch with Vesa Juvonen. So many valuable conversations, great reminders about not taking on too much, along with insights on #speaking, #careergrowth, and staying ahead of platform changes. As always, choosing between sessions wasn’t easy, but the ones I attended by Hugo Bernier and Patrick Rodgers were absolutely worth it. Both delivered great content and left me with plenty to think about. I also spent some time on booth duty with Vesa Juvonen, which turned out to be a highlight, so many chances to reconnect with attendees and friends from the community. Until next time, leaving the conference with great memories, fresh inspiration, and a little more wisdom than I came with.
